ARTICLE V STATE AMENDMENT "PROJECT" - our process is to encourage 50 state legislatures to vote on a 20 word amendment - so simple and simplicity is the key to success.
OUR PROPOSAL
Propose a Twenty-eighth Amendment*
*We seek to have the Item 1 above which is 20 words of the 28th amendment voted on in each of the 50 States legislatures.
* We seek to have all States legislative members educated to our SO SIMPLE AMENDMENT That RESTORE STATES RIGHTS AND POWERS.
*We believe that THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS BROKEN AND IN DEBT - 125 years OF ELECTIONS HAVE NOT CHANGED the GROWTH OF POWERS IN WASHINGTON.
*We believe that... WE THE PEOPLE... HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN GOVERNMENT - 77% OF THE POPULATION ACCORDING TO GALLOP (today) BELIEVE THAT DC- CANNOT - AND WILL NOT - CHANGE.

Propose a Twenty-eighth Amendment*
- The fourteenth, the sixteenth, and the seventeenth articles of amendment to the Constitution of the United States are hereby repealed.
*We seek to have the Item 1 above which is 20 words of the 28th amendment voted on in each of the 50 States legislatures.
* We seek to have all States legislative members educated to our SO SIMPLE AMENDMENT That RESTORE STATES RIGHTS AND POWERS.
*We believe that THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS BROKEN AND IN DEBT - 125 years OF ELECTIONS HAVE NOT CHANGED the GROWTH OF POWERS IN WASHINGTON.
*We believe that... WE THE PEOPLE... HAVE LOST CONFIDENCE IN GOVERNMENT - 77% OF THE POPULATION ACCORDING TO GALLOP (today) BELIEVE THAT DC- CANNOT - AND WILL NOT - CHANGE.

We are working to build this movement in Our Country. First, we seek to educate and inform to grow support in the public venue for the advocacy of Article V. Secondly, we seek to carry the movement forward in the required - 38 states, to call for an Article V proposed amendment process.We encourage and implore all Fellow Patriots who find this cause worthy, join us. We offer overviews of the Constitution’s Article V, the 14th, 16th and 17th Amendments, a Conclusion, as well as a Library of References for your review and study.

This is the TOOL LEFT TO US IN THE CONSTITUTION by the Framers, intended for use by the States and the People therein, for such a time as these; where the federal/executive branches of our government have usurped their power and/or have placed the financial and future security of our Nation in peril; and we also believe that our government no longer conducts themselves in accordance to the will of the People. In other words;
"grass roots-free boots....learn...develop....share... asking the questions and learning the answers....taking necessary action...getting there United."
Article. V.
The Congress, whenever two thirds of both Houses shall deem it necessary, shall propose Amendments to this Constitution, or, on the Application of the Legislatures of two thirds of the several States, shall call a Convention for proposing Amendments, which, in either Case, shall be valid to all Intents and Purposes, as Part of this Constitution, when ratified by the Legislatures of three fourths of the several States, or by Conventions in three fourths thereof, as the one or the other Mode of Ratification may be proposed by the Congress; Provided that no Amendment which may be made prior to the Year One thousand eight hundred and eight shall in any Manner affect the first and fourth Clauses in the Ninth Section of the first Article; and that no State, without its Consent, shall be deprived of its equal Suffrage in the Senate.

With 77% of the people in this Country today thinking Washington is broken and cannot be fixed and will not change, we Constitutional and Patriotic Conservatives have a winning issue and a perfect storm to unite all against the Central government.
We encourage you to become an accomplished Student-Advocate-and Successful Campaigner. Let us close our eyes and put ourselves at a true victory party/convention. That is what we are striving for, to be successful, to be able to once again create the conditions where our Country and all of her citizens can prosper once again. Do not hesitate, the time is now, we are pressing toward 'a perfect storm.'
We ask you to please join our effort to take back our Freedoms and Liberties - States rights and powers through Article V and the proposed 28th Amendment.

Propose a Twenty-eighth Amendment* 1. The fourteenth, the sixteenth, and the seventeenth articles of amendment to the Constitution of the United States are hereby repealed. 2. The article shall be inoperative unless it, [Section 1]; shall have been ratified as an amendment to the Constitution by the conventions in several states, as provided in the Constitution, within seven years from the date of submission hereof, to the States by the Congress.
